Why VTubers?
Livestream culture blends storytelling, community and rapid iteration. After years of scaling traditional AI systems, I wanted to pour that experience into something playful where human connection is the metric that matters. VTubers are the perfect laboratory for multimodal AI, so this blog tracks my experiments in autonomy, voice, and audience engagement.
